Q: I already have my website hosted somewhere else. Can you transfer it for me? A: Unfortunetly, we are not able to transfer this for you, as your existing host will only deal with you, their customer. However, if you have a copy of your website, you can simply FTP (upload) it to our web servers.
Q: Is my website backed up? A: Depending upon which account options you have chosen with us, depends how frequently your website is backed up. If not, your web designer will have a local copy of your site in case of emergencies.
Q: What is the minimum contract period for hosting accounts? A: The hosting packages are paid for on a month-to-month basis, so you can cancel your account at any time and be refunded on any unused months.
Q: What is the largest file size that I can send by email? A: Email isn't brilliant at sending large files anyway, so you'd be better off using FTP in that circumstance. But to prevent the email system being bogged down by one user and slowing it down for others, there is a maximum mailbox limit as a default on your account of 10MB.
Q: How do I configure my mobile device to send and receive my domain emails? A: Providing your handset is capable of sending and receiving POP3 or IMAP emails, check out the Mobile Devices page to get your handset configured.
Q: How do I configure my domain name for use with brhs servers? A: You'll need to simply adjust the nameserver settings on your domain name to point to our servers. Check out the
Using your domain name with brhs servers page.
Q: I'm getting lots of spam - what can I do about it? A: There are several options available to you, as the end user. Check out the Anti Spam page.
